Yes. Each section can have its own setting, and drafting is off wherever nothing is set.
Does the educator have to use the draft?
No. A draft can be edited, replaced or ignored, and comments can still be written by hand.
Who drafts the principal’s comment?
The principal, or staff the school has given that permission, such as the exam officer. It is edited and saved the same way.
