Can we bill one class differently from another?
Yes. Fees are set by session, term or semester, class or class arm, and each section of the school keeps its own list.
What if a parent has already paid part of the bill?
The bill shows what is paid and what is outstanding. A bill with money against it is never cancelled; it is adjusted, with the reason on record.
Which payment gateway do parents pay through?
The school’s own payment gateway, set up for each section. Every payment is checked with the gateway before the bill shows it paid.
Can fees be paid in instalments?
Part payments work today, from the e-wallet or at the desk.
