What bursars ask.

Do parents still have to send a bank slip?
Not when they pay online. The payment lands against its bill, so there is no slip to chase.
Which payment gateway do parents pay through?

Can fees be paid in instalments?
Yes, where the school allows part payments; the bill shows what is still outstanding.
Can one person move money on their own?
No. A refund needs two approvals, and payments and reversals go to the audit trail.
