Questions

What bursars ask us first.

Can one class be billed differently from another?
Yes. Fee amounts are set by session, term or semester, class or section, and one child can get a one-off bill mid-term.
What happens to a bill that has been partly paid?
It shows what is paid and what is outstanding. A bill with money against it is never cancelled; it is adjusted, and the adjustment is kept on record.
Does a bursar in one section see another section’s money?
No, unless the school grants it. Roles are granted school-wide or per section.
