    The school adds AI from the Subscription page, and it switches on when payment is confirmed. Choose who may use the AI Assistant AI-powered, many people at once. See AI use, and cap it per person.

    Now on the app too. Type, or press the microphone and speak.

    Voice score entry AI-powered

    Press Dictate and read the marks aloud; the sheet fills in. Nothing saves until the educator presses Save.

    Tell educators when the timetable changes

    An admin presses Notify educators, and each educator is told what changed. One private link puts your timetable in your phone’s calendar. Class reminders are set in timetable settings.

    Check-in and the register

    A cover educator can take a class register. Staff can check in on a colleague’s phone.

    The question bank and editor are on the app. Fill a paper from the bank by week or topic. Marked scripts download as PDF; the school decides if answers show.

    School emails carry the school code, as text and QR code. New people get a link to set their own password. When an admin sends a sign-in email, the screen says whether it was sent or failed.
