The school decides, person by person.

On the “AI assistant access” page an admin switches AI on or off and sets each person’s term limit.

  • A person, a class or arm, or a section.
  • At the cap, AI stops or the payers are told.
  • Admins manage people in their own sections.

Fill a score sheet, draft a comment, prepare a broadsheet.

Save anything. A person presses Save, with the usual checks and audit trail.

Answer, explain a page and hand over a file.

Send a message, move money, publish results or change a setting.

Training

It will
Use a school’s records only to answer the person asking.
It will not
Train AI models. SchooWare does not train AI models on school data.

Questions

What a careful school asks.

Can the AI change our records?
Not on its own. It reads. A filled score sheet or a drafted comment waits for a person to press Save, and that save passes the usual checks.
What happens when the term’s tokens are used up?
AI buttons show an “Add AI” prompt until the school tops up. Admins are pointed to the Subscription page; staff are told to ask their admin. Saved work stays as it is.
Does face check-in use AI?
No. Face check-in is part of attendance, not AI. Face photos are not stored.
How is AI priced?
The Pricing page sets out what it costs.
