What gets caught

Out-of-range marks are flagged before saving.

Each mark is checked as it is heard. Anything unsure is set aside for you, with the reason.

  • A mark above the maximum, or below zero.
  • A name that could be two students.
  • “Absent” heard: nothing filled for that child.

What if it mishears a name?
It asks you. Each name is matched against the class list; a close match is shown as “did you mean Chinedu Okeke?”, and a name it cannot place is set aside with its marks.
Is anything saved while I am reading?
No. The marks sit on the screen until you press Save, and you can correct any of them first.
Can I still type the marks?
Yes. Score entry by hand is unchanged. Voice fills the same sheet, and the two can be mixed in one sitting.
