Who sees what

Each role sees only its own section.

A bursar granted Primary sees Primary’s money. A request for another section’s record is refused.

What happens when the internet drops?
Face check-in on the app needs a connection. With the On-Site add-on, a server at the school keeps exams, attendance and the till running, and biometric devices on the premises keep recording.
Who at SchooWare can see our data?
Only the people who need it to run and support the platform, bound to confidentiality. The data processing statement sets this out.
How long are backups kept?
Seven days. Your records are backed up automatically every day.
How do we report a security concern?
Write to [email protected] with what you saw, where, and how to reach you. Please leave out any student’s personal details.
