What parents and bursars ask

Who sets the spending limits?
The school. Limits are daily, weekly or monthly, for the whole school, a class or one child.
What happens when a child tries to spend past the limit?
The sale is blocked at the till before it goes through, so the child is not overdrawn.
Can parents see what their child bought?
Yes. Pocket Moni shows what was bought, item by item, and the balance after every top-up and sale.
Can a child’s Pocket Moni be stopped?
Yes. The school can freeze and unfreeze it, and it freezes by itself when a child leaves.
